VEGolution is a husband and wife team, inspired by their combined 35 years of experience in the kitchen as 'veg heads'. 

 

Keith has been a vegetarian for almost 24 years and Sarah for 10 years.

 

Keith has left his position of 10-years as Executive Sous Chef with the Saint John Ale House to follow his dream of having a vegetarian kitchen.

 

Sarah has six years plus of experience bringing vegan cooking to the people of Saint John at the Queen Square Farmer's Market. 

Together, they create a veggie cuisine that is an experience of its own. They combine Keith's professional experience and years of creating vegetarian delicacies with Sarah's love of mixing foods and flavour. 

VEGolution is a fun mixture of culinary and comfort food done vegetarian style. 

The space is decorated with a modern-style; intentionally shaded with many variations of black, grey and white. This design is to emphasize the colours of the food, so eating here can truly be a full sensory experience. 

A variety of fresh, to-go items are available in their TOGO fridge for those who are unable to dine-in, or are looking for a quick and and healthy meal or snack.

Lunch and dinner offered almost daily.

VEGolution is pleased to offer small catering services, as well as reservations for 6 or more people. (Please note: minimum of six people)
